Individual therapy sessions are $215 for 50 minutes. Creative Source Counseling is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Clients with out-of-network mental health benefits may be eligible for 60-80% reimbursement from their insurance company. Brittany works with Mentaya, a platform that handles insurance claims on your behalf at no cost to you. Payment is due at the time of service via major credit cards or HSA cards.

Is telehealth therapy available?

Yes. Creative Source Counseling offers telehealth therapy for clients residing in Virginia and Florida. All individual therapy sessions are conducted virtually via a secure online platform.

What is art therapy and do I need artistic experience?

Art therapy is a clinically recognized mental health modality that uses the creative process -- drawing, painting, collage, and other art-making -- as a way to explore emotions, process experiences, and build self-awareness. No artistic skill or experience is required. The creative process is the therapeutic tool, not the finished product. At Creative Source Counseling, art therapy is available when it feels helpful and supportive. Some clients use it often, while others rarely use it at all.
