Why this group?
You’ve built your life around being dependable: the calm one, the organized one, the one who holds it all together—no matter the cost to you.
But lately, it’s catching up with you:
You’re exhausted but can’t seem to rest.
You feel numb, disconnected, like you’re going through the motions.
You don’t even know what you want anymore—only what needs to get done.
This group is a soft landing place. A space for high-achieving, emotionally overloaded women and queer folks to stop performing and start reconnecting with themselves.
What we’ll do together
Through weekly art prompts, honest reflection, and shared connection, you’ll learn how to:
Let go of the “good girl” identity that’s been running your life
Say no without guilt
Reconnect with your voice, your needs, and your desires
Make space for rest, creativity, and peace
Offer yourself the same compassion you give everyone else
💡 No art experience required. Just a willingness to be open and get a little curious (and a lot more honest).
A clearer sense of self (beyond all the roles you’ve been playing)
Practical tools to set boundaries and manage guilt
A renewed sense of confidence and emotional clarity
A personal “exit plan” to leave behind perfectionism and people-pleasing
A more regulated nervous system—able to rest, sleep, and show up to your relationships with more presence and ease
By the end of group, you’ll walk away with:

Anxiety
Anxiety often shows up as this constant buzzing that wont go away. It’s the tightness in your chest or the racing thoughts that take you out of the present moment and into the fear of the unknown.

Trauma
Healing from trauma is like piecing together a shattered mirror, reflecting not just the scars but the strength that's emerged from the journey. Together, we can create a space to look at those pieces, find a clarity on how they continue to impact us, and rediscover the beauty that's always been within.
